Incubator Capital Partners is an early stage investor and is prepared to invest between £20,000 and £200,000 in initial investment in private companies.
In return depending on the size of the investment and risk we expect to take up anything from a small minority equity stake in the business to a majority holding
We prefer not to leverage our investment with borrowings but do have the flexibility to consider and incorporate a mix of various kinds of debt and/or equity and terms of investment that can meet a wide variety of owner interests and needs.
